I hated him. I wanted him. I hated that I wanted him. But God, I did. I leaned in, just an inch, just enough to test him. He closed the space. His lips crashed onto mine—hot, rough, hungry. I gasped, and he used that moment to deepen the kiss, tongue sliding against mine.
