Jamin crept to the vantage point above the sky canoe. In the valley beneath him, Ninsianna skinned several gerbils and set them into the fire to roast, talking to She-Who-Is. Once upon a time, he'd found the habit endearing. He didn't find it endearing now that Immanu claimed She-Who-Is had sent the winged demon to be a savior.
