While Declan was away, I showered and went online to see about registering for Estrea University. I wanted to, but something was holding me back. The way Declan had been acting lately, I didn't want to assume anything. I told him I would go to college in New York in the fall. And if things didn't change soon, that was exactly what I was going to do.
But it couldn't hurt to register for college here, just in case. Frankly, I didn't want to leave him. But I could no longer live with someone who didn't love me, and who probably never would. But in the meantime, I needed to register at Estrea University, just in case.
