“Yes, ma'am. I assure you a team is on the way," she replied. “Now, what is your name?" I gave her my information as I watched. Suddenly, Declan went under, and I gasped. “I have to go! Hurry!" After I hung up, he resurfaced again. Then I realized he hadn't gone under, but a swell had blocked him from my vision.
