"If you want your little low life to be safe, then you will go as far away from him as possible! Do you understand?" Lily yelled, gripping the ends of the table with her gloved hand.
"I am not a gold digger," Ariana tried to explain to herself. The Lawson family were misunderstanding her. She wasn't after Calhoun for his money. In fact, she wasn't after him. He came after her and her stubborn heart kept racing for him. This wasn't her fault.
