Sofia sat in her car and wound up all the windows. It was raining outside and so was it inside. Her makeup was done for. Her heart was no longer beating. She was devastated.
Her phone rang again amidst her sobbing. It was Alice. She hasn't received any calls right now. She really needed to be by herself. The ringing persisted.
Sofia finally picked up the call. She waited patiently for the person at the other end of the line to speak up first.
