Aria's POV A middle-aged woman shouted from the edge of the crowd. She was wearing a hotel cleaner's uniform, her hands wringing her apron nervously. Julian stepped toward her, his posture stiffening as his scent souring into a sharp, warning sting of ozone. "Be careful with your words," he warned, his voice low and dangerous. "You should know that a false accusation against the Luna is punishable by death." The cleaner trembled under his gaze, stammering out her story. "I... I just finished cleaning the poolside room. I saw the Luna walk over first, and then Isaac ran after her. They were arguing about something. Isaac was crying so hard, like he was begging her for something, but Luna shouted that she hated him! And then... Then she pushed him into the pool!" She wrung her hands
