Seth's thumb traced slow circles over my knuckles as we watched the folded note slide beneath the door. "Seems like your plan worked, beautiful," he murmured, his voice barely above a whisper in case somebody was still behind the door. I squeezed his hand in response. If anyone had walked in on us now, they would have laughed—or blushed—at the scene. Me sprawled across the bed, Jacob pressed close beside me, Seth hovering over us, his hands braced on either side of my body.
