Today the charade begins with a double feature: first , we will go to the cancer wing of the local hospital together with Ben , there my father will announce the new program to help children with cancer and make a donation on behalf of the Arlington Foundation , Lucy it’s going with us as she refused to let Ben go anywhere without her by his side.
After that , we will travel to the mountains where my family has a chalet and there will be a New Year's Eve dinner , a local newspaper will take pictures of the occasion , especially of Lucy and I acting like a couple in love , and tomorrow we will return to the house where we will have to go back to the horrible reality where she basically ignores me most of the time.
