There was a black car not far away from them. Alice knew that it was someone who had been following them. So when she saw that Maxwell was about to get off the car, she asked, "I am thirsty. I'll go buy some water with you."
Maxwell thought for a moment and didn't object. That meant that he agreed. Alice immediately followed him.
After entering the convenience store, Alice went to the shelf beside her to get a bottle of water. Maxwell did not go anywhere, but stood in front of the shelf beside the counter, not knowing what to buy.
She came over with water to pay the bill, wanting to see what he had bought. It didn't matter if she didn't look at it, but she was shocked when she saw it.
