It took a solid two hours for things to cool down.

Pulling it out, she saw it was from her brother.

Damien's calm voice came through, "Sis, Clara's at the hospital. Seems like something really shook her. You might wanna come check on her."
"What? Clara's in the hospital?" Lilah's face changed in a flash.
