Reese shook his head as one corner of his lips raised into a half smile. "Right," Reese began, "Sir Dain has been with us for years. I trained with him under your father before we both became knights. I have known him for years, and a spy he is not."
Seth nodded, listening to Reese, taking it in, but said nothing.
"Seth, I know it must be hard to know that another cares for Briana, but half of the knights adore her ... as their queen. They honor her and would never disrespect her by even asking for her to bestow a passing glance their way." Reese placed a hand on Seth's shoulder and looked into his eyes.
