The female Beta's run is over at the Green Shade Pack pack and everyone has already gotten back to the pack house.
After shifting to his human form, Josh heads straight to the Alpha's office but he's surprised when he doesn't meet Noah there. He rushes to his room where he meets his mate Angela already freshening up but he heads straight to the bedside drawer where he pulls his handset out.
He makes a call through to Noah and he's surprised to hear that the Luna and the Alpha have already returned back to the Highrise Breeze Pack.
Noah explains to him that they had initially gone to confront Bernice but they later heard that she had taken her life through hanging, something which surprised him to the core.
