“I am sure. You should keep them. Besides, wolves have excellent vision and can see things that are very far away,” I explain.
“Well if you had needed them to see the baby cheetah, then you may find it very helpful. You did need it to see that cheetah, right?” She asks skeptically and I know I have been caught. I put my hands up in the air in a defensive ‘you got me’ pose.
“No, I didn’t need them. I just humored you.” She smacks me again on the arm as a laugh.
