After showering and making love Heavenlee and Carlisle join Colin and Pam in the den. Carlisle notices how his mother cuts her eyes at a box narrows his eyes and goes over to the box. “What the f**k?” He’s looking at the head.
"It was delivered a few hours ago to your wife," Colin tells him and Heavenlee about the heart and hand Marcus and Joseph received.
Heavenlee looks at the head and takes it out of the box looking at it. Carlisle, Pam, and Colin are staring at her. Colin starts to tell her who the person of the head belongs to. But he sees she's in deep thought and wants to hear her out first.
"What connection does Pepsi have with Principal Rogers? Perverted jerk." She throws the head back in the box.
