“Lover, you have got to settle down before we go to see Scarlett and Lucky.” I had been working on Danny for hours by this point, since Dylan and Rowan called us on their way to pick up Laa and Bastien.
“Settle down? How am I meant to settle down? I hate this” he was obsessively pacing back and forth. He wasn’t angry, he was worried and when Danny is scared and there’s nothing he can do he freaks out.
“Okay, then don’t settle down. Do you think you can act like your fine, just long enough to fill them in on what’s going on?”
