My phone started to ring, breaking me from my thoughts about Jaxon. I decided not to focus on that part for now and only focus on where it's important first. "I have to take this," I told Zoe.
She smiled and got up. "This conversation isn't over, but remember we have to go out and have some fun." she said before leaving for her room.
I answered the phone. "Hi Marcus."
"Kendall. I want you to bring the kid with you. Hale. If I'm going to consider signing him, I need to meet him face to face." I smiled, knowing that things were finally going the right way.
At least Marcus was serious and wanted to have this meeting with Jaxon. "Sure, How about tomorrow?" I asked. The sooner the better right?
"Yeah tomorrow works, bring him around 8 in the morning. I'm going to be busy after
