LAILA’S POV
The plane finally landed in Alaska after what felt like a lifetime. It was a peaceful flight and because of the glasses of wine that I had drank before boarding the plane, I had fallen asleep during the flight. I woke up feeling very hungry and the only thing that had on the plane were snacks. Whenever I drank, I craved spicy meat that I could chew on. The only spicy thing that they had on this flight was some crisps and pretzels. I opted to have neither because I knew that I would throw up if I forced myself to eat either of the two.
