SABINA’S POV
I was happy that the first thing that I saw when I woke up was Marcelo because I had been so worried about his well being especially after he took a bullet for me. But it was good to see that he was fine and back to normal. I had missed him so much and I couldn’t wait to be out of the hospital bed and in his arms.
While I was sitting with Marcelo in my hospital l room I was relieved to see Piet standing outside the window. I was glad that he hadn’t left because I wanted to talk to him before he left.
“it’s good to see you awake,” Piet said as he walked in and he walked over to me and kissed my forehead and I heard a low growl escape Marcelo’s throat, if it wasn’t for the pain that I was feeling I would have laughed
