After the vampire contingent left, the four of us sat around the fire I made discussing the warning that they had brought. I asked for a meal and drinks to be brought to my office. Once the food was delivered, I dismissed the Omega, but asked if he would be available later on if we needed anything else. He nodded, and then left to return to his normal duties. We sat around the fire discussing this impending threat for far longer than I liked. I pinched the bridge of my nose, and watched as Jay did the same.
