I sit straight and silent after what Alyssa told me. It wasn't an accident. She just told me that it was not an accident. Then was it a murder attempt? Why does someone want to kill Brent?
And why are werewolves involved? There is so much I need to know and very little resources. I debate on if I should include Nyle or not. But I don't think it is a good idea. Alyssa is his sister so things might take a different turn from there.
I sit with them as they have their breakfast and I have a cup of coffee instead. Nyle feeds me forkfuls of scrambled eggs here and there and adding sriracha, salt and pepper itself is a great seasoning thing. My chefs unnecessarily go overboard with all other ingredients.
I look at Alyssa occasionally but she doesn't even meet my eye anymore.
