- Aria - The sun was just beginning to paint the horizon with strokes of soft pink and golden orange, and here I was, bent in half like a pretzel, trying to find my zen at the unholy hour of 4:30 a.m. Who knew that Sean's fancy house had such glorious views? From the patio, I could see the entire skyline of the city silhouetted against the waking sky, and the stillness of the early morning made it feel like I had the whole world to myself. My yoga mat felt cool under my fingers, and I breathed in the crisp morning air, reminding myself that this was precisely what I needed.
