New Years' Eve:
I'm home in Washington DC, midnight tonight is New Year.
Mom and her mate are out getting stuff for tonight, he's very nice and treats mom well, if all goes well in the future they'll get married and mom might move to California with him, somewhere warmer around the winter season.
I'll probably visit her during holidays and breaks, but I'll be more in New York where dad is.
I call Tyler on his phone, Ariel and he is still working through their rough patch but she's coming around to the idea of him being away for six months, her parents are a bit worried.
