Garrett’s POV
I was shocked at how Addison spoke to me. I could see that she was no longer upset or angry with me. But I didn’t have time to celebrate that fact. Because where she is now is much, much worse. She has no emotion toward me at all. I could tell that she was apathetic towards me. It was like she was no longer interested in me, which wasn't very comforting. I could get her back if she were angry or still carried love towards me. But this Addison is cold, indifferent. I hated this much more than her trying to ignore or be angry with me. This seemed much more final. I can't let it end like that. I had just found her. I wasn't ready to lose her again.
