"It's okay, Madam Evans mentioned that you're very busy with work and often stay up all night," I said with a smile, my voice trembling slightly as I tried to reassure him.
"Yeah, there's been a big project recently, so it's been hectic. But it’s almost done."
"That’s good. No matter how busy you are, you should still take care of your health."
"Thank you for your concern."
Although this was a private road, and having two cars blocking the middle wouldn’t cause any issues, standing awkwardly in the midday wilderness was still a bit uncomfortable.
After a brief silence, I gestured vaguely and said proactively, "Well... you must still be hungry after working until now. You should hurry back to eat. I need to get back to the company too."
