HAVEN
Rehearsals for the play are finally starting today, I make my way to the stage room. There's people seated in a few chairs, waiting to watch our rehearsal. A few waves and hello's are directed at me with genuine smiles. Ever since the bonfire, I've become pretty much the center of attention, which makes me famous. I don't care about the fame, but the peace that comes with it. Nobody messes with me, mocks me or throws nasty comments at me.
I haven't changed back to plain clothes, so there's also the outfit compliments.
I make my way to the front where Mrs. Kate and a few other students who were chosen to participate are standing.
"Finally, Haven. I expected you to be here on time as you are the main female lead.
"I'm sorry, it won't happen again.
