You earned a break.” “I earned more than that,” she said, pushing the laptop aside. “I want a hot shower.” I raised a brow. “Alone?” She rolled her eyes. “Don’t act like you’re not already thinking about joining me.” I smirked. “You got five minutes. If I’m not in there by then, start without me.” “Coward.” She got up and walked toward the bathroom, hips swaying. “You’re gonna miss the hot water.” I watched her go, then stood and followed.
