Head-butting someone holding a knife to your throat is not something I would recommend. There is only one outcome from doing so. With that said. Would I do it again if the person holding said knife made their plans of raping me clear? You bet your ass I would. If I had a choice between the two, I would rather have my throat cut. I would also take the pain in my head that came with head-butting someone. Add that with my ears ringing from two loud popping noises, and I was thoroughly disoriented. Especially when I no more than hit the floor and my body was pulled to the side and through the kitchen door.
