Alik's gaze was fixed upon her beautiful face. It was not a one-liner. He was serious, but his words came out a little off in his confusion.
Elisha’s heart skipped a beat. She was utterly astounded. She stiffly stood at the door holding its knob, and rigidly looked at the man in front of her. She couldn't believe what she heard, she asked herself "Did he really ask me to sleep with him?"
They were a proximate of two-person away. They could already feel the breathe coming from each other.
The two of them stood in silence, none of them daring to speak a single word.
Then, Alik shook his head, realizing what he uttered shocked Elisha, and she might have taken his word differently. He couldn't understand what he just said either
