I lied.
Mrs. Crawford didn't really call me and I just excused myself to avoid going with Zarina and Rye. They said they would watch Nate's game; I really have no intention of watching even if Nate is still my friend. I really have no interest in sports and I prefer activities that are connected to science and philosophy.
It's just ... after Nate and I talked and he told me he would be happy when I watched their game, my mind seemed to tell me to go there ... so I could see him again!
