CHAPTER 38 DEVLIN As an experienced businessman I’ve dealt with a lot of people, some of them-- more experienced and older than me but my competitor’s experience and age, never infuriated or discouraged me. Business was business, whoever negotiated and offered best– at the end– takes the pot of gold.  I played fair, even if people around me did not.
