Chapter 73

HE made a name for his self in every kingdom he goes to until a man spoke to him and inviting to a King's royal feast. At first, he felt funny.

Why would an advisor of the Kingdom invite a person who has done nothing but give everyone a reason to fear? He was hesitant at first but when the Advisor gave him formal clothing to wear, he's convinced to go. Nagtataka siya na mapagbigyang makapasok sa kaharian ng isang tanyag na Hari kung kaya't kailangan siya mismo makaalam ng sagot.

At hindi na siya nagtataka nang makarating siya sa inihandang piging ay maraming tao ang nasindak sa presensiyang dala niya. He felt a little bit unwelcomed but he shrugs it off as he walks towards the King and then formally introduced his self.

He can still remember the King's face that day. The King was stunned by his sudden introduction but smiled at him afterward, making him uncomfortable. No one has ever given him a smile back then. Going to the feast made him feel different but not knowing what the King truly wants from him is still making him think differently. Hindi niya magawang magtiwala basta-basta sa Hari lalo na't hindi niya alam ang dahilan kung bakit siya inimbitahan sa isang sosyal na piging.

Hanggang sa kinabukasan ay patuloy siyang trinatratong mahalagang tao sa kaharian. Hindi siya nakapaghintay pa na makausap ang Hari kaya siya na mismo ang pumunta sa silid ng Hari.

Only to find out that the King was having a s*x with three woman in the afternoon. May dala na itong espada at sinabing tanggapin niya iyon bilang palatandaan sa pagtanggap niya sa posisyong ibinibigay sa kaniya ng Hari. Ngunit hindi niya rin basta-bastang tinangggap ang espada at posisyong ibinibigay sa kaniya ng Hari.

What he wants to know is why the King is choosing him to lead the kingdom's soldier when in fact, he was just like a rogue wolf who is making a massive mess wherever kingdom he visits. Kung ano man ang nararamdaman niya nang mga oras, alam niyang mas may malalim pa na dahilan kung bakit siya pinipili ng Hari.

He talked with the King as he wants to know the truth but the King hasn't given him an absolute answer. The King only wants him because he has a reputation that everyone fears about. The King looks and calls him a warrior, not a killer who has done nothing but erase the mortal people who will be a hindrance to getting what he wants.

He is convinced and finally accepted the position even though he's not still satisfied with the King's answer. Tinanggap niya rin ang posisyon dahil sa pag-aakalang gaganda ang buhay niya sa oras na maging pinuno siya ng mga hukbo ng Hari.

He imagines his self ordering everyone around him and it's satisfying. Lahat ay napapasunod niya sa gusto niyang mangyari. The King taught him how to handle the power he has and one of it is having every woman swoon around him.

It was fantastic every round and s*x he does with every woman he gets to play with. Natutunan niya kung paano gamitin ang kapangyarihang ibinigay sa kaniya ng Hari hanggang sa umabot siya sa puntong nakakapatay siya ng mga inosenteng tao.

All of the killings that he did, he felt nothing but numbness as he realizes how inhumane work he has done. All of the lives he has taken just to please the King he is serving. All the men know him as a strong fighter but none of them have seen the other powers he has. He can actually shapeshift. He has an empathy that makes him sense other people's emotions or feelings. He also has clairvoyance in which he uses to see what the humans can not see. He can also fly with his wings that he was unable to control which is why he never tried using them again. And lastly, he has precognition. The power he used in which, by fact, he used to find Phoebe and Titus' location.

Lahat ng kapangyarihan na mayro'n siya ay hindi pa siya sanay gamitin noon kung kaya't ang pagtataksil ng Hari ang pinakahuling bagay na hindi niya alam na mangyayari.

The King he trusted. The King whom he sees as a father to him. Turns out the King was just using him. He found it out when he accidentally sense the King's betrayal towards him. Ginamit lang siya ng Hari dahil alam nito kung ano at sino siya.

That he's half-mortal, half-angel. A half-blooded who can't even control the abilities he has.

The King was a demon. A demon who is inside the body of the King who is actually dead a long time ago when the demon moved inside the King's body.

He was stupid to not know everything. To find out that the demon was just playing with him, his heart became filled with hatred. All he wants to do was to kill everything in sight. He killed everyone who was living inside the King's castle.

Every living that he came across while he was wreaking havoc inside the castle saw how monstrous he can be. How dangerous he is. He doesn't even know that he's already using his colored raven black wings that why when everyone saw him, they all called him a monster.

Until he's spent and woke up. He found out that all the people inside the castle were dead. Scattered and bloodshed bodies of the people working for the King. What he saw made him felt despair and horrified.

The demon has totally controlled him to do what he wants to happen. Especially, after seeing his father being held on the neck by the demon. Takot ang namuo sa buo niyang pagkatao.

He never saw his Dad after twenty years. He never tried visiting him. Thinking that his Dad was better off without him. Sa isip niya niya, mas magiging ligtas ang Ama niya kung hindi niya ito kasama. It's always him who wants the people dead as they fear him being strong like not a normal person has.

Siya lang naman ang nakikitang katakot-takot ng mga taong pinapakitaan niya ng kaniyang lakas kung kaya't naisip niya na mas mabuting hindi niya kasama ang Ama niya, na mas mabuting hindi niya ito nadadamay sa dala niyang kamalasan.

But seeing his Dad being held by the demon, he felt so sorry for the years he is gone. By seeing his Dad's mature and wrinkled face, it makes him feel so regretful. For the years he is gone chasing what he wants, he did not know what he really needs, not until seeing his Dad old already. Seeing his Dad made him realize that he should have been on his Father's side.

Dapat ay tinulungan niya ito at sinamahan sa pamumuhay na nakasanayan nito. Dapat ay hindi niya ito iniwan dahil kung hindi niya ito iniwan noong pinipilit siya nito para takasan ang mga taong may takot sa kaniya, hindi na sana natagpuan pa ng demonyo ang Ama niya at nailigtas niya pa sana ito mula sa demonyong may hawak ngayon sa buhay ng Ama niya.

Kinakain ng pagsisisi ang buong pagkatao niya ngunit ang pagpatay ng demonyo sa Ama niya ang naging sanhi para mailabas ang tinatago niyang lakas.
