Hindi na ako nilubayan ng malalim na titig ni Daniel simula nang makarating siya dito. Minuto pa lang ang nakakalipas na magkaharap ang pwesto namin pero hindi na ako mapakali agad.
Somewhere in me feels happy that he showed up. I didn't see him yesterday in school that's why I wasn't expecting him to be here. Lalo pa at wala rin naman siyang kumpirmasyon kay Amanda na dadating siya. It should be out of my concern but... I can't help it.
"Ui, Daniel, kain ka muna roon!" sabi ni Camille.
I finally let the air I didn't know I was holding when Daniel pulled his gaze away and brought it to Camille.
"I'm fine. I just had my dinner before I came here." he said in a lazy drawl.
"How about you, Cheska? Kadarating mo lang rin at hindi ka pa kumakain." baling naman sa akin ni Cam
