I looked at them, unfazed. "They aren't. They are just the reason for my existence," I simply said, which shocked them.
As I anticipated, they began to scream and throw insults at me. Total opposite of what they were doing earlier. They fought against the people holding them and pulling them away, but I only turned around.
"I want to leave," I muttered under my breath, and I knew he heard it.
