I was finally discharged from the hospital after a week. Lucas insisted on hiring a nurse to look after me even though I refused. He let me leave the hospital until I'm not agreeing with him. In the end, I conceded and let him have his way. My wounds are already healing but I still need to use some crutches since I can't put my whole weight on my injured leg.
Lucas has been extra clingy since I got out of the hospital. He never let go of my hand since we got inside the car until we arrived home. He ordered the maid to take care of our stuff.
