It was dark and smoky. That’s what greeted Gigi when they walked into the only beerhouse in the town.
“Beer and Grilled,” that’s the name of the beerhouse. It was the only place like this in town, so it was always packed, especially when big fishing boats docked.
Gigi wasn’t unfamiliar with scenes like this; she grew up in a world of alcohol and prostitution. The only difference was the customers. Back in Hype, the clientele were mostly rich people, while here, it was the fishermen and ordinary folks from the town.
