Dumiretso na ako sa Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, kung saan matatagpuan ang opisina ni Tita Irene. Sumalubong naman sa akin sa lobby ang bagong secretary niya. Hindi ko makita dito ang dati niyang secretary, na si Raquel.
"Good day, ma'am! How can I assist you?" she asked with a smile.
"Hello. I'm the one who called earlier, just about 30 minutes ago."
"May I have your name, ma'am?"
"Dorothea Delavega."
Tumango siya at mabilis na tiningnan ang computer screen niya. "Thank you, Ms. Delavega. Dr. Irene is expecting you. Please take a seat for a moment while I inform her."
