The whole ceremony was over, and it was perfect, but I still can't believe I am married to Marcus. After all the storms we've been through, we finally made it to the altar and said our I do's. I was shocked but happy when I learned about the wedding this morning.
I was Maria Rossi this morning, but tonight, I will be sleeping as Maria Rossi DeLuca. We had the most beautiful wedding. Simple and solemn, with only just my family as witnesses. Although I know there's still danger lurking somewhere, today, I am going to forget and enjoy being in my husband's arms as we sway to the music.
