CHAPTER 48:
AFTER MEETING WITH Margarette and Tracy, I went home. Dad was surprised to see me kasi wala naman akong sinabi sa kanya na uuwi ako. As soon as I lay down to my bed, I immediately took out my phone then sent a text to Nicolai.
To Nicolai:
I’m here in Manila, nasa bahay na ako ngayon. If you are not busy, can we meet?
I smiled after sending the message to him. Saka ako nahiga sa kama at ipinikit ang mga mata. Napagod ako sa byahe, tapos dimiretso pa ako kila Margarette at nag-iyakan pa kami roon.
The bed was so comfortable, ito kasi ang nakasayan kong kama. Although, the bed in my Lola’s house is comfortable too because of its softness, the feeling that I finally got home was here. Gustuhin ko mang bumalik dito sa Manila, pakiramdam ko ay mas sasaya ako sa Siargao.
