Sierra woke up with a sudden jerk, her eyes being met with the sunlight that seeped through the sliding window made her close them just as soon as she opened them. She rolled to the side where the sun won’t reach her face and smelled the scent that was left on the pillows. It was Lailane’s shampoo. She opened her eyes again and sat up as her still slightly blurred vision scanned the room she’s at. She was at Lailane’s room. The pink drapes on the wall told her so and it made her cringe. She never liked pink. Or maybe she did but she just couldn’t remember. Oh, well good thing I forgot about it anyway, she thought. She couldn’t imagine herself being so girly anyway. She stretched her arms and noticed how she was still wearing her clothes from last night.
