Olivia's Point of View
Last night was a blast. Hindi ko inaakalang ganoon ka-engrande ang pagsalubong sa amin ng mga taga Barria Midra. They made me feel like we were really valued and thanked for. The efforts they put to the party and up to the end was immeasurable and commendable. Labis-labis ang sayang nararamdaman ko dahil sa ginawa nila. They gave us more than what we deserve; and we did not even ask for it in the first place. We just wanted a place to stay but they even gave us their most comfortable rooms. We were dragged to the mayor's house and were given quality service.
"My head hurts," I heard Sarkin murmur while walking to the carriage, then it was followed by several curses under his breath. Kitang-kita ko kung paano siya mapangiwi habang pilit na humahakbang nang maayos.
