She remained looking into my eyes, she showed me like she had been wanting to hear that from someone...
But then, she tried to hide it because she was afraid to show it.
And the more she kept on hiding, the more I was wanting to know what was inside her. Habang hindi ko nakukuha ang loob niya, lalong nagbabaga ang init sa dibdib ko.
Lumayo siya sa akin at lumipat sa kabilang bintana.
"I like it here..." she whispered.
Dinala ko ang mga kamay ko sa loob ng pockets ko. "You are not allowed to go here unless you're with me."
"Why not? This is part of mom and dad's property."
"But this tree is mine. I found this first."
Bumaling ito sa akin. "And if I go here without your permission?"
"You'll be punished."
