With how busy they were before, food is the least of their concerns. Timing also played a part. Most of the time, they would eat late. And they order a lot of take-outs. Although, the ones they do are from hotel restaurants and probably prepared well, they couldn’t be as nutritious as they could get.
Matt glanced at Angela, who was also grimacing. She hasn’t applied well what she learned about Nutrition. It seems its use is mostly in research and teaching, not necessarily in their actual lives.
They travelled a lot, without enough rest sometimes. They’ve hustled through each year doing research after research. It did feel like they don’t have enough time. Now, they’ve learned to make time for what they needed to do.
