"The sign is over there. Let's go, it's getting dark."
Amity's eyes sharpened at him. "It's always dark."
Ghael shrugged it off and laughed. "I mean, it's getting pitch black. Come on."
He extended his hand, moving for Amity to hold onto it while helping her get up a big step. She held his hand and cling tightly to not fall back or if they are unlucky enough, roll down.
"This is why climbing is the least of the things I want to explore in Soleil." Amity muttered under her breath before heaving a deep sigh and releasing it.
Ghael just stares at her before offering a bottle of water. "Have a sip?"
Instead of accepting it, Amity just glared at him again.
