Yelina's Point of View
I can feel the tension around us. I didn't even notice that I am holding my breath until Aris held my hand, pulling me back to my senses. I looked down to meet her gaze and there was this evident fear in her eyes. So I held her hand back and smile at her, “Don’t worry. Everything will be fine,” I assured her to somehow lessen the fear she feels.
“I can feel them,” Amber murmurs beside me. She drew her weapon and took her stance. I followed the direction where her eyes are focused and she was looking at the darker part of the forest. “I can feel them more,” she added before she started running in that direction.
“A-Amber!” I called her, but she didn't listen. The others were alerted and started following her, too.
