Lara's Point of View
"Finally!" Rose exclaimed as soon as she saw me. Her voice echoed all over the place, making the other dryads look at our direction. She sprinted her way to me and hug me tightly. "I missed you, Lady Lara. We all missed you," she murmured, burying her face on my leg. She then looks up and pouter, "Why didn't you visit us for so long?"
I just smiled at her before I sat down to level our faces. I patter her head and gently rubbed her hair. "I had something important to do, and it required me to stay home for a couple of days," I reasoned out since I don't think it's necessary to fill her with the details of my personal circumstance.
She just nodded her head before she smiled wider. "Okay. None of that matters anymore now that you're here." She took a quick look behin
