29- "Tightly but gently."

My heart is melting, not only because of his warm gaze but also because of all his confessions.

"Zack-" I was cut off to my words when suddenly, he claimed my lips passionately.

It wasn't the first time he kissed me since he kissed me before in the school's cr. That was my first, but this one's a remarkable one 'cause I feel the gentleness and tenderness of his care put in it.

I deliberately felt the gentle closing of my eyes and the curling of my arms around his neck to respond to his kiss.

I woke up the next morning, smiling to myself. I thought everything was real, but they just happened to be a beautiful dream. I dreamed of Zack confessing his feelings for me, and I turned out to be the girl he referred to as the one he loves then we shared a very loving kiss.

Everything about last night feels so real. I don't know if I will be happy or sad that it was just a dream 'cause I really thought it was real... but somehow, I smiled at the thought that even in my dream, I was given a chance to be the one owning Zack Lamont's heart.

I was still savoring the content of my last night's dream when it was interrupted due to a series of knocks I heard on my door.

"For a while!"

I quickly got up and turned to open the door to whoever was knocking, just to be startled to see the man in my last night's dream.

"Zack!"

"Can I come in?"

I nodded hesitantly and let him in. He looked around my room, so I was left alone. The color interior here in my room is pure pink, it's a good thing I'm clean with my belongings, so it's not too embarrassing.

I followed him as he went straight to the balcony of my room. He opened the glass door and went in. I just followed behind him.

When he stopped to look at me, I suddenly felt shrinking. I am still on my pajamas on, and he's on his ready get up. Neatly dressed, while I? I just woke up, and I don't know what I look like right now!

His eyebrows rose as he stared at my face again. I was embarrassed, especially when he smiled and then shrugged. My heart's in a race again!

He sighed like he contained something inside him; then, he continued walking until the balcony's balustrades.

"If you think that what happened last night was just a dream, then you thought it wrong. Everything about last night was true. I, drinking on the bar counter, you going to me, my confession of feelings for you, and our passionate kiss. Those are all true, Irryn."

I almost choked on what he said. What?! So, I wasn't really just dreaming? Everything really happened! I'm not just dreaming!

I followed him across the balustrades. I stepped aside to view the households here in our subdivision plus the beautiful view of the mountains from afar. Such a perfect scenery.

"If you also think that I did what I did last night, said what I have said just because I was only under the influence of alcohol, then you thought it wrong too. Whether drunk or not, everything I said and confessed to you was true you because it all came from here," he said, then pointed to his heart to me.

I am totally speechless, fleeting on the cloud of happiness!
