BUMUNTONGHININGA si Serenity habang nakangalumbaba sa opisina ni Connor. Nakaupo siya sa upuang nasa harapan ng mesa nito habang ito naman ay nagbabasa ng mga reports – reports from the company. Since their company has merged, Connor has been busy with dealing with all the paper works and reports. She wanted to help her husband, but she's not in the mood to read those paper works. But hey, she's helping Connor with his Alpha duties and they even patrol yesterday night at the border.
"Love, are you going to stare me for the whole day?" Connor asked her with amusement on his voice.
Serenity pouted. "Can I?"
Umiling si Connor habang nakatingin sa binabasa nitong papel. "You can't. Baka magsawa ka sa mukha mo."
"That's not gonna happen because I love you," malambing na saad ni Serenity.
