Alaia, Mr. Garnett, and the kids were back from their trip. It had been a fun day, with the children excitedly telling me about their wonderful weekend at one of the mansions they had for summer in Madrid. We finished afternoon classes. I let them go ahead to the kitchen, and I asked one of the girls for some fruit and sandwiches for the little ones' afternoon snack. I was finishing up a sandwich, cutting it with a dinosaur-shaped mold for Noah, having already finished Alana's stars, while I listened to the little ones laughing in the garden. Suddenly, they appeared in the kitchen, and I saw them running towards me with cute smiles. "Loli, a coffee," Alana said in her sweet, excited voice, and Noah pointed to the patio where I could see Gavin watching us with an amused look on his face.
