“ZEUS, can you take care of my son in the meantime?” Ezequiel asked as he put Ace down on the sofa.
Zeus looked at Ezequiel. “Are you alright?”
Ezequiel looked at Zeus. “No, I’m not. Something has happened in the Eastern Region. So, can I leave Ace in your care for the meantime?”
“Alright. Ace and Mikael knew each other. Mikael would be happy if he could see Ace here.” Zeus smiled and caressed Ace’s hair.
Ace remained silent.
“I can take him to my office,” said Mikael, descending the stairs. Mikael looked at Ezequiel. “I will take care of him.”
“Thank you,” Ezequiel said with full gratitude.
Mikael walked towards Ace. “Do you want to eat?” he asked.
Ace’s face brightened, and he eagerly nodded.
“Come with me.” Mikael carried Ace in his arms, and they went to the kitchen.
